Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust, in partnership with the BAME Staff Network at the University of Birmingham, Recognize Black Heritage & Culture and Ladywood Arts Forum and Flim Hub Midlands request the pleasure of your company to celebrate Windrush Day at our Windrush Garden Party.
Come and join us for an afternoon of food, music, entertainment and garden games to honour the legacy of the early pioneers.
The day will also include Black Heritage Walks Network who will be hosting their Madiba Handsworth tour looking at the rich history of the African Caribbean community in Handsworth.
The event will take place on Sunday 23rd June between 1 pm – 9 pm at Soho House, Soho Avenue, off Soho Road Handsworth B18 5LB.
